We have only the highest praised Martin Uthe. We have worked with him on three real estate deals over the years: a buyer and a seller. He was knowledgeable about market conditions and had a knack for pricing properties well. When we were selling, Martin up to date ways to ensure we got our listing on the market. In our most recent deal, we had a cash offer within less than 24 hours and a backup offer within a few days! He went above and beyond to get our properties ready to sell. He advised us on which upgrades to our properties to make them attractive and move-in ready. He helped hire and supervised painters, a cleaning crew, handypersons, and window replacements on our behalf. He had contacts at appliance stores and was there for deliveries. When we were buyers, he listed to our needs. He negotiated well on our behalf and connected us with a great attorney who had a great relationship with him. Martin is personable and kind but can be firm and assertive to ensure his clients get what they want. He is not pushy. He has a level of integrity that is rare these days. When we move again, Martin will be the first and only person we will call.
