This is the second time we have worked with Martine. The first time she patiently showed us dozens of houses and carefully identified the best qualities of some. By the time we were ready to buy, the house we wanted was off the market but Martine encouraged the owners to sell and then deftly managed a series of repairs we requested. Eight years later, we were ready to move on and she made sure the photos made our house look fabulous. It all came together within days of putting it on the market--the photos, the write-up, the correct price-- and within a few days we had two good offers. During the negotiations she addressed our concerns and now we can move on.

Martine went above and beyond in helping us sell our home. She spent time helping us choose materials for our remodel, picking out paint colors, choosing appliances, etc in order to help us spruce up the place prior to listing. She was very knowledgeable about the area, and what price we could list for. The listing was very professional and inviting, and she was very thorough on getting our feedback and other realtor's feedback in the process. The home sold for more than I originally thought it would, and that is entirely due to Martine. We can't thank her enough!
Martine was extremely knowledgable about the market, how to price and present my home for sale , and how to get the best deal possible on a new home. Martine and her team were able to deal with all the little questions and issues that crop up during a buying and selling transaction with no drama and no fuss. My wife and I just closed on our first home and Martine was excellent to work with. Unfamiliar with the home buying process, we never hesitated to ask Martine lots of questions and we never felt like we shouldn't or couldn't continue to ask. Additionally, she was always extremely responsive and accessible. Several times we would see a home that we were interested in, and Martine would get us out to look at it, often on the same day. What we were/are most appreciative about Martine, is her honesty. She never hesitated to tell us what she truly thought about the process, a particular home, the price, a neighborhood, etc. We always felt like we had a good handle on everything while working with her. Although it may be a little while, we look forward to working with Martine again, and would recommend her highly to anyone looking for a home.
Martine was Awesome. This is the second time we have used her and would definitely use her again. She made the process of selling a home out of state very smooth. She is very knowledgeable and if she doesn't know something she will find out in no time at all. She checks in often to make sure we were doing ok and didn't have any questions. Martine was exactly what we were looking for in a realtor. When we had a buyer, she and her assistant, Sharma, had frequent communication to keep my husband and I in the loop.
