I put my property on the market back in April with another realtor. And for a little over a month NOTHING happened. A friend gave me Marti's number and told me how great she was. I gave her a call and instantly knew she was who I needed to sell my property. I let my previous realtor go and Marti was on it that day. 5 days later Marti sold my property! I was truly amazed at how she worked and stayed in touch with me. She gave me updates on everything and answered EVERY call. She worked so much and so hard for me im not sure she sleeps. (Lol) She has a magic touch to make you feel like you are her only client and not to mention her ability to take away so much of the stress that comes with buying or selling.
Marti did a fabulous job showing my dad’s house. It was slightly outdated and she always focused on the positive features of our Family home which we loved so much. She was very communicative during the whole process. I feel like she went above and beyond to get my Pop’s house sold. I know living in the house with the two dogs and at times my children while trying to show it was not easy but she worked with me and my schedule and did a fabulous job. She made the whole experience A pleasant one and I couldn’t imagine going through this without her advice and support.
