Martha was excellent!

Martha was excellent! We had several complications and poor communication from other parties in the loan procedure (the selling realtor, and the loan officer) but she handled all of them and relayed the information to us very quickly and efficiently. She talked me down when I was freaking out about one thing or another, and had very good ideas for closing costs and inspection repairs. I would absolutely recommend her and use her services again.
