I wish every realtor was like Martha Wright. She worked so hard for us, from beginning to end. She supported us, taught us things we needed to know as new homeowners, and since we were from out of state and didn't know anyone, she found us everyone we could possibly need to help us with our remodels and other tasks. We couldn't have done any of this without her. She negotiated hard for us, and fought for us the whole way. You need Martha on your side!

Without a doubt, we would not have our new home without Martha Wright’s help. Where to begin. She does it all. She looked up flood maps. Steered us away from one house that we wanted that she knew would be under water each winter. When we finally found a home, she advised us to see it right away and got us in to see it right away. The next issue was the multiple bidders. We had to outbid everyone else. Her advice at this point was spot on accurate and so invaluable. She talked to the other realtor; told the other realtor all about us; convinced her that our bid was a really good one and thanks to Martha we won the home! It was a bank owned foreclosure that needed a lot of work but she got the bank to pay for some of the costly repairs one of which was a badly needed roof repair. We would not have been approved for our mortgage without that roof repair and certification. We needed her once again to find us reputable painters, handymen, flooring and roofing. The list goes on and on. We will never be able to repay Martha for all she has done for us and continues to do for us. We were so lucky to have found her and so grateful too!
