Martha Warrick was amazing to work with both on the selling of my house and the purchase of my new home. As I started this venture, I knew nothing of how to sell or purchase a new home. Martha was always there to help me through the process. If I had a question or worry, Martha was always a phone call or text away. My 1956 house was only on the market for 16 days and I got a full asking cash price. During that 16 days, there were 10 showings. I never expected it to be that easy. Martha made it easy walking me through the whole process, and I was in my new house in no time. I would highly recommend Martha Warrick as your sole real estate agent.
