My name is Martha Vasek, and I'm proud to serve buyers and sellers throughout the Treasure Coast, including Palm City, Stuart, and Okeechobee. I believe real estate is about more than just buying and selling homes—it's about helping people make one of the most important decisions of their lives with confidence and peace of mind.
Before becoming a REALTOR®, I spent more than 20 years building a career focused on customer service, research, problem-solving, organization, and helping people navigate complex processes. I worked for nearly 10 years at Chesapeake Energy Corporation, where I advanced from Division Order Technician to Division Order Analyst. In that role, I researched property ownership records, worked with attorneys and land professionals, resolved ownership and title issues, and managed records for thousands of property owners. That experience taught me the importance of attention to detail, communication, and putting clients first.
I also worked as an Executive Assistant with Eagle Land & Minerals, supporting executive leadership and managing a variety of projects and administrative operations. More recently, I worked as an Administrative Assistant for Indianwood Co-op in Indiantown, Florida, where I worked closely with residents, property management, and the Board of Directors. Through that experience, I gained valuable insight into residential communities, homeowner concerns, and property-related matters.
Originally from Honduras and raised in Oklahoma, I have called Florida home for over 12 years. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and enjoy helping a wide variety of clients, including first-time homebuyers, families, retirees, and those relocating to Florida.
I chose real estate because I genuinely love helping people and building relationships. My goal is to make every transaction as smooth, informed, and enjoyable as possible while providing honest communication, strong advocacy, and exceptional service every step of the way.
When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors, kayaking, biking, gardening, and enjoying Florida's beautiful lifestyle.
