Our sale of property was prolonged due to a number of parties participating. Several involved were from out of state. Throughout the experience Martha remained professional with frequent updates on the status of our sale bringing it to a successful closing.
Martha was very knowledgeable and told us to do things to get my house to show better, it all paid off, and we got our asking price. She also would inspect our home before each showing ensuring it always looked it's best, and notified us anytime she noted something. She made us feel selling our home was as important to her as it was to us, and ours was a humble home nothing fancy or large but it was well made, updated and cared for. I would definitely sell with her again.
