Excellent -better than we hoped.
She showed us 16 homes n a day -,once twice at our request. Always positive and noninvasive.She assisted with getting us the best repair man & lists of maids- I got a good one. We enjoyed her knowledge, assistance , preparedness and personality. I highly recommend her - Aplus.

The Gold Standard
Martha is the standard by which I judge all real estate agents now. She was incredibly helpful and considerate when shopping for a new home, fast at every communication, excellent at negotiation, and quick to respond when it came to Escrow as well as moving in. Her vendor list is still proving invaluable. We got lucky finding her and highly recommend!
