Martha was outstanding with guiding and working with us to purchase our new home. As a first time homebuyer, she was thorough and gave us insight with the whole process. We had issues about communication and timing with our lender but Martha was able to work with them and the escrow to make the process as easy as possible to close on time. She went above and beyond regarding inspections and repairs and worked with the seller and lender to benefit us wherever she could.
