I cannot explain how much gratitude I have for Martha helping my girlfriend and I find our first home! From the beginning you could tell she was experienced, understood our needs, and worked with our budget and time frame! At one point we even entered escrow and she still sent us homes to look at! We back out of the first property and took the 2nd option we saw, it was a better opportunity and we found it because for Martha it wasn’t over! She made sure I got my money back from the first escrow and handled everything during closing the correct way! There was no hassle no fussing and she knows how to negotiate! Next time I need a realtor I know exactly who to call! I definitely feel like I winner with Martha and her team on my side!

She did a great job helping me with the sale of my house. I was informed throughout the process of any new interested buyers and what they’d possibly like to negotiate. Very informative and quick to respond on any questions I had. There was another house in my neighborhood that went on the market around the same time as mine, owners ended up taking it down. None of their offers were close to what I got for mine, so overall I was very happy.
