Martha answered every question we had no matter how silly. She was on top of everything. She constantly saw houses for us. Everyday. She was working for/with us everyday even before we ever met her. When I moved to Vegas, it was a hard decision because I was not aware that getting pre approved for home is possible because my situation was complicated. My brother recommended that I talk to his realtor “Martha”. I was nervous about what I may get as a response “No You Cannot” I have talked to many different realtors that keep telling me “you cannot” without even trying hard. Martha had put herself to where she even gets bothered while cooking her dinner. She dedicated her time and sweat just to get the home for my family. She was there when you say you want to see this house and she is on the same page with you without hesitating. She made sure that the houses I have looked at were not overpriced while we were looking during that crazy market. It took us almost three months to look for the house, and I almost gave up. We saw different houses and made offers. However, the next day someone buys it in cash. It was frustrating because some of the houses I saw were the ones I wanted. I finally found a house that was on the market for a couple of days, I told Martha to try putting an offer, and the offer was accepted. The thing that I like about Martha is that, what you want she follows through. She listens to you and gives good advice to make sure you are choosing the right decision. My husband said, “Do not rush” buying a house because it is not like shopping for clothes that you can return or exchange. He was right! I would recommend Martha and her team to anyone who is looking for home, and I will see Martha again for second home buying.
