Martha Maple did a terrific job prepping the house for sale. She knew what appliances needed to be updated (without going overboard) and the impact a fresh coat of paint, refurbished floors and new countertops would have on potential buyers. Her photographs were wonderful, and accurately portrayed the home as an inviting place to be.
Marty was exceptional in all ways - she went above and beyond through the entire process. She never gave up even though at times the tasks were difficult. She always was there to assist.
