Martha is a go-getter and and she was always there for us when we needed her, she would set up appointments in the matter of couple of hours. She was flexible and accommodating. She guided us through the process and helped us find our new house. She used texts, phone calls to keep us updated on different listings and also various updates when we were closing on our house. She will always greet you with a smile which btw that makes your day, she will point out the pros and cons of every property which provided us insights into different things during our home search process.
