I don't know how to start but I have been more than satisfied with all the help from Martha, always very attentive and with an excellent explanation in each of the steps to follow in order to acquire any type of property, in this case mine. In addition to his great attention, she is always available at any time and even Saturday and Sunday at any time, something that does not happen with any realtor. The truth is that I have been left with a great taste in my mouth and very satisfied for choosing Martha to make the purchase of my house. I would give it more than 5 ☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

When I called Martha, I truly thought I had an un-sellable home. I thought I'd be here until at least May if not longer. Prior to putting it on the market she went through everything with me and found someone to help redo my bathroom floor before sale. She was on her game 100% of the time. Her communication skills are unmatched. She never once tried to cut any corners or leave me out of the loop. Needless to say we put it on the Market for showing on a Saturday and had multiple offers by Monday. I can't thank Martha enough for how incredibly easy and stress free she made this process for me. I highly, highly recommend her for selling or buying. I'd say she's probably one of the best realtors I've met in this town.

Martha was great dealing with the selling of our property. Despite the personal issues that went with selling of the townhouse...,. [Bitter & disrespectful ex.] made things not so pleasant. But Martha always was pleasant and professional from "Start to finish" of selling our property when she really didn't have to be. : )
