When I called Martha, I truly thought I had an un-sellable home. I thought I'd be here until at least May if not longer. Prior to putting it on the market she went through everything with me and found someone to help redo my bathroom floor before sale. She was on her game 100% of the time. Her communication skills are unmatched. She never once tried to cut any corners or leave me out of the loop. Needless to say we put it on the Market for showing on a Saturday and had multiple offers by Monday. I can't thank Martha enough for how incredibly easy and stress free she made this process for me. I highly, highly recommend her for selling or buying. I'd say she's probably one of the best realtors I've met in this town.
