Thanks to her we sold our home the first day it went on the market n her patience prevailed in waiting for us to find the perfect home for our family...thanks to her tentative actions of us writhing a letter to the owner of the home we wanted to purchase..We got the home..When the Owner came by to give us keys to our wonderful perfect home he mention he had better offers but he accepted our offer because of the personalized letter we gave him..Thanks to Martha we are very happily living in our new home with our 6 children.
