Martha Fellows helped me sell my house and buy a new one. It was a tricky contingent buy/sell situation. Inventory on the market was low. Martha helped me find just the right house. I’m sure I was difficult for her to deal with because when you are talking about your home, it is an emotional situation. She exercised a lot of patience and helped negotiate everything. I think it was a miracle that it all worked out because there were so many obstacles, and so many reasons why the buying of my house shouldn’t have worked out. In the end, Martha made everything happen, and I am living in a very beautiful house with an incredible view.
