Martha went above and beyond what we hoped for from our agent. She knew everything we needed to do, kept us on track, made sure we didn't miss any deadlines, scheduled many services for us, and always answered our questions quickly. We felt very lucky she was our agent!!

Working with Martha was absolutely fabulous!!! She is extremely organized, easy to get ahold of & manages the entire process very well. Martha is very down to earth and personable, so it made it easy for us to not feel pressured or bombarded with options. We felt like she was part of our "team" versus just trying to make a sale. We were first time home buyers, so we needed a great deal of questions answered during our home search & purchase. Martha gave us great advice when we needed it, answered all of our questions and was always ready to show us a house. When she wasn't available (rarely), she even put us in contact with a second real estate agent at her office so we would always have support. Martha was great the entire time, but once our offer was accepted she was a rock star! She scheduled all of our inspections and took care of all the little things that are more time consuming. Martha is knowledgeable about the market, inspection vendors and works hard for her clients. I would definitely recommend Martha & will use her again in the future.
