Martha was the dual agent on my recent home purchase. She was very fair and honest in representing both me, as buyer, and the seller. She is a true professional in all aspects of the transaction, careful to be the "honest broker". For example, when discussing my offer, she went over all options to include seeking seller assistance with settlement costs, and left it to me to make my decision as to what to offer, not what she thought would be accepted by the seller, and thus earn her more commission. I strongly recommend Martha as a knowledgeable professional, not the part-timer who does real estate on the side. Thanks Martha!
