Twenty-five years ago MARTHA did so much to get us into the house we wanted that we knew we needed her to sell it for us when the time came for us to move. She again perceptively advised in us getting our house better prepared to sell, and then broadly and resourcefully advertised it. In the meantime she directed us toward a backup plan in case the health crisis, that largely stifled our nation, would diminish the real estate market to the degree that it would have prevented us from selling our house in time for our needs. Our house did sell well within the timeframe we needed - which was a very short one. MARTHA was plugged into our situation from day one. She saw us through all the way to the signing.
