Martha did a great job at all the things you would expect a realtor to do. More importantly, however, was the "above and beyond" things she did. For example, we would not have gotten this deal done without her local contacts. For example, she got the local surveyor to show up on 24 hour notice when the seller refused to give us a reasonable window of time to do some very basic inspections. This was not an easy transaction. Through 6 months of on-again off-again discussions and negotiations, Martha was patient and professional with us, while maintaining a very useful relationship with the seller's agent.
