This was my second time working with Martha and out of the blue I finally wanted to sell a unit that has been in the family since 1975.. what was challenging is that I just had back surgery and Martha dealt with me carefully and professionally as I was being a little difficult to deal with. She pulled everything together efficiently for me and everything just went as planned
