Love her! She is very professional and honest. She always available even late on Sunday. She also paid for home warranty, not a lot of agents do that. Keep that in mind.

We worked with Martha in both selling our home in Carmichael and buying one in Roseville. She was very on top of things, always coming prepared with useful info about properties and she was very knowledgeable about the listing prices of homes in our area. We had contacted another realtor who suggested we list our home in Carmichael for quite a bit less (somewhere around $40,000 less) and we are so happy we did not go with that realtor. Martha was very responsive in answering all of our questions and our constant emails around the clock. She was diligent in setting up appointments to see houses we were interested in, even when it was last-minute. She had a great list of resources for everything from staging to inspectors, etc., but she never pushed them on us. She felt like a trusted friend in the whole process and didn't overstep her role to try to make a decision for us. She was very patient and encouraging and she was upfront about everything. This woman is selfless. Whether it was day or night that we needed her she was always available to us. Her attention and knowledge of all the minute details of our purchase that meant so much to us was immeasurable, and she always took the time to fully explain items that we didn’t understand. Everything she did for us was done in a very timely manner which made the process of our purchase go extremely smooth. She is prompt, courteous and her ethics are above-board.
