Marta was absolutely incredible to work with. We would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend her to anyone who is either looking to sell or purchase a property. We worked with Marta for about a year, looking at farmhouses all over the Catskills. Marta was incredibly patient with us, particularly on days where there was lots of driving. Every property we saw she was thoroughly prepared with details of the properties, print outs, plus tips for the local area (such as hiking trails, activities, nearby towns). She is very honest and we trusted her 100% - this was key as we looked at number of properties and tried to understand the pros and cons of each and how to maintain them. Marta was very very responsive and quick to reply to our questions, we always appreciated her feedback on any property we saw. We loved coming to visit the properties with Marta - she would plan stops for lunch and point out different events such as farmers market. It was touching as it helped us get to know the Catskills. Marta was very thoughtful and detail oriented as she helped guide us through the process to find our dream farmhouse. Even during the final stages, at the walk through she was so thorough and helpful by checking things we hadn't thought of (light switches, hot water etc.) and providing contractor recommendations. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
