Marta was excellent! Within just a couple of days of me contacting her and giving my wishlist she had a ton of properties for us to look at. I believe we contacted her on a Wednesday for the first time and we were looking at properties in person on Saturday! She is very quick to respond. Her and her husband were able to point out many things that my husband and I did not know to look for as first time home buyers (windows fogged up, foundation, old appliances). Of course that is always negotiable but it was nice to be able to consider these factors when deciding to put in an offer. The house we ended up putting in an offer on (and got it!) had a couple things we wanted to get fixed by the seller. Marta kept on the seller and they gave us extra money at closing and paid for our home warranty, both of which they originally had said no to. As first time home buyers, we did not know the process and she took her time to walk us through every step. She explained each step thoroughly. Her and her husband gave us a list of vendors and so many great ideas for our new home! Note: We bought this house during the pandemic. They take covid-19 seriously and we felt VERY safe entering homes with them. Thank you Marta and Alejandro!!!

I have known Marta for over 6 years and she has found 2 rentals over that period, both of which I occupied for 3 years (each). At the end of the lease term on the last property, she tried to negotiate a purchase of the rental property for me at my request. Unfortunately, the owner could not see the benefit of the purchase and the offer fell through. She immediately found me another property. She orchestrated the Move-Out-Inspection; from recommending the Movers to Housekeeping Services to Carpet Cleaning Services. She ensured that all was completed properly, handing over the property to the Owner professionally. She is attentive, and fun to work with. Marta's the best!
