After buyer 1 canceled Martas back up buyers closed the transaction, that says it all.

We thought the first buyer was golden..... Marta didnt give up though. She had back up buyers ready togo, when buyer number 1 left us buyer number 2 filled right in and we closed fast. Great work Marta.
