I worked with Marta Alves before in 2017 when I bought my house and now also when I sell my house and I couldn't have been more satisfied! We received several offers on the first day the house was placed on the market. .. Although we have awarded several offers, we ended up working with first-time buyers and an inexperienced (buyers) realtor. Marta was wonderful at keeping a transaction going. She was always available to answer our questions (and to buyers!). She was so welcoming, professional and the sweetest person. We had a great experience! Thank you Marta
