Marsie was a true professional through the whole purchase process. From understanding our needs to selecting houses of interest she stayed focused on our parameters and didn't try to upsell. Ours was a long distance purchase and Marsie expertly video chatted us through the virtual tour of several homes explaining and showing the layout, answering our questions, and providing her observations about the property. ultimately we placed an offer and Marsie stayed on top of the whole process watching out for our interests through the process. I highly recommend engaging her expertise and customer focus for your real estate needs. I would hire her again...without hesitation.

I worked with Marsie who is an excellent agent. Marsie was very helpful, open, and responsive through the whole process. She was always available to answer my questions. She was also patient and kind. I would be definitely referring her to my family and friends. Thank you, Marsie!

Marsie was truly a delight in our home search and closing process. She guided us with her expert advice and experience every step of the way, and her dedication to use did not end at the loan closing. We will definitely use her skills again in the future, and will recommend her services to anybody looking for a truly professional Realtor.

I highly recommend Marsie for any Real Estate transaction. In my experience, Marsie was very patient, informative, thoughtful and professional. Marsie guided me through the entire process and it went fast and smooth. Thank you Marsie for helping me through the process which you knew it was not an easy one for me!

Marsie was so very patient and informative. She helped us to endure the trials of appraisal issues and challenges throughout! She helped us to stay positive the entire time!??

Maintains great communication and genuinely listens to all input and/or concerns. Flexible. Process went smoothly. I want thank Marsie for all her hard work and dedication!

First and foremost, Marsie is a wonderful, warm-hearted person and I think she is an excellent real estate agent. She worked extremely hard to help me sell my home in El Paso, even patiently endured some issues that I had to sort out with the title. She always kept in contact with me every step of the way and never hesitated to address any questions or concerns that I had. I recommend her expertise 100%. She is excellent and dedicated in her work! Thank you so much Marsie! I am finally able to start my life in San Antonio and in the process of buying a home here, thanks to you!

Marsie helped us buy this home in 2012 and when we had to move in 2015, she found renters until we decided to sell in 2020. She consistently found renters within a couple weeks and was always helpful during the process. When we sold our house, she worked extraordinarily hard to find buys and kept us informed throughout the entire process. Her experience and professionalism sets her apart from any other realtor I have done business with!

Marsie is very knowledgeable on the local market and was able to give us reasonable expectations on the sale of our home. From first meeting to closing was about a month and a half and we had a very smooth process with her. She is very friendly and listened to our concerns and gave good advice. We would highly recommend her!

Couldn't have asked for a better realtor than Marsie. She helped us find the dream house we were looking for. Prior to that, she was available when we were interested in viewing a home. Really satisfied with the whole process. Marsie explained everything that had to be signed.

Marsie was great, helped me negotiate a tough purchase but got exactly what I wanted in the end! Very responsive to messages and always willing to go the extra mile for me. Thanks so much!

Marsie was fantastic during the whole process. Keeping us up to date on the latest house that went for sale. Her knowledge of buying a house was outstanding. Definitely going to recommend to everyone I know looking for a home!!
