Marshall was great at listening to what we needed and wanted in our new home. He kept us informed daily of new listings that met our list of wants. He is very familiar with Charlotte and the sub-cities and could direct us to the neighborhoods with amenities and good schools. We were moving from out of state and couldn’t be there in person. Marshall face timed with us as he walked through the houses allowing us to “see” the properties. He kept us informed every step of the way and made our purchase as seemless and easy as purchasing a home could be. We’d gladly use him again and would recommend him to others.

Marshall was our realtor both selling and buying our homes. He guided our negotiations during selling, resulting in our getting $6500 more than our asking price the first day on the market. The home we purchased was under construction, and Marshall was very helpful in dealing with the builders throughout the entire process. He was with us on our all walk-thrus and asked important questions regarding items we may have overlooked.
