We just happened upon this team after getting serious about selling our home. Marshall showed up to show a home we were looking at and he became our realtor after that. He and Julia are just gems. They were both so patient in helping us find the home that had what we wanted and also persistent in helping us get the best deal on the home we were selling. Very responsive and hard working, sometimes answering e mails and signing e contracts in the late evening and on weekends. Julia would meet us and we would look at 3-4 homes in an afternoon sometimes, driving all over. I highly recommend this team and I would not hesitate to use them again.
