We were selling this property on behalf of a family member who was needing to move into a care home. Marsha was not only highly sensitive of his conflicting feelings when meeting with him and other family, but instrumental in making the whole transaction professional and efficient. I never questioned her judgement, and since I had to be out of state during the sales process, never lost confidence that things were moving well. Marsha kept us apprised every step of the way.
