She worked relentlessly to find us a house we could afford and spent hours with us gathering all the documents we needed and she worked tirelessly helping us fill out the HOA applications and Offers to Buy on 2 properties that we lost and still she searched and found Polktown Rd and worked again for hours on the offer and the POA application and this time we were successful! Marsha was as happy as we were! Her professional demeanor was always shining but we also had a lot of laughs. She always immediately took our phone calls and stayed in constant contact with us.
