She doesn’t stop working with when one mortgage company said how much they offered she didn’t settle. Miss Scales kept us grounded and hopefully she encourages us along the way. She was our voice. Thorough communication when it came to each process. Making sure the buyer understands what was happening. Her job was not a 9 to 5. She was available whenever we called her. She’s didn’t rush us took her time step by step. We are very pleased with Miss Scales
