Marsha was easy to work with... she represented both me and the seller (her father) which isn’t easy to do but I always felt I was getting fair treatment and honesty from Marsha. Throughout the process you can’t help but get to know your agent personally, there are many conversations that take place from that initial phone call to the closing table. I can honestly say Marsha is a person of good character and that definitely spills over into her professional life... Marsha works hard for her clients and I feel fortunate to have lucked up and found her! She comes highly recommended by me. :)

She is very protective when representing a real estate buyer. She does meticulous research to determine the market value of a prospective property and then finds a way to explain that value to her clients and the seller of the property. In our case she discovered that the septic system of the property we wanted was not properly licensed and she voluntarily submitted new paperwork to the County to get the proper designation for the system. She remains in contact with us and continues to be helpful in managing and improving the property. She is the best.
