I reached out to Ms. Washington for her assistance is helping my elderly aunt sell her home within a short period of time so that we could relocate her out of state. Ms. Washington arrived promptly to conduct a walkthrough of the home and when she sat down with us, she listened to our concerns and needs and devised a plan to sell the house quickly. I was really impressed with her network of buyers who she thought might be interested in the home. She arranged for them to come through to see the property and within a week, she produced an offer from pre-approved buyers who were interested in the property; and we had a signed contract shortly thereafter. Being from out of state, we didn’t know professionals to conduct the work required to close the deal; however, Ms. Washington provided what we needed; and they were competent, professional, and responsive, just as she was. She also kept me informed at every stage and assisted in resolving some last-minute issues just prior to closing to keep the process moving forward. Relocating to another state at 81 provides its own challenges; and adding the sale of a home she had resided in for well over thirty years added to that burden. Not only was Ms. Washington competent and professional, she was also very caring and considerate of my aunt. Having closed a couple days ago, my aunt is relieved, excited to have the sale behind her; and looking forward to relocating. I highly recommend her for your real estate needs without reservation.
