Martha is easy to communicate with, and almost always available when we needed her. If she wasn't available or if she was busy, she always got back with us in a timely manner. She is very knowledgeable in knowing what needed to be done to sell our home. She was also accommodating on showing times that worked with our schedules. She is well connected with contractors that got repair done at a reasonable price. We would absolutely recommend Martha for selling and/or buying a home!

Martha is an excellent real estate agent who has your best interests in the foreground. She is kind, professional, and works for and with you to get your property sold or purchased.

We used Martha to buy our condo, and the experience was so great we decided to contact her when we looked into buying a house. Because the market was so weird due to the pandemic, the experience of selling was not what we expected. Trying to both sell a home and buy one at the same time was incredibly frustrating at times, but the best thing I can say about Martha is that she did not directly contribute to any of that frustration or stress. She was always on our side when we had to negotiate, and she was professional and quick to get documents to us when we felt out of our depth. Though the process dragged on for longer than we wanted, we were ultimately satisfied with the outcome. Martha was always available by text or phone call whenever we needed her, and we never felt that we were going to lose out on something because of a short timeline (which was often the case). We will most likely contact Martha in the future when and if we decide to sell our house.
