I had the pleasure of working with Marra on our house purchase. She was very knowledgeable of the area, and she was able to find houses for us to view that we couldn't even find ourselves or know how to look for. The house we purchased didn't come up in our searches because we had thought it out of our price range, but she used her industry knowledge to anticipate that we would be able to get it at a lower cost - and she was right. We were able to close at a lower price than the asking rate, which is unheard of in this area. In addition, she was attentive to our needs and responded very quickly whenever we had any requests.
