As a first-time homebuyer, I appreciated how resolutely Marquita fought for me, protected me, and guided me throughout the whole process. Marquita always answered my questions and responded to texts and phone calls. She truly cared that I was safe and happy in my house after the home purchase and steered me away from some problematic homes that I came upon during my search. She also knew the market well enough to help me craft an offer that beat out other buyers.
