It was a pleasure to have Mrs. Alexander assist me with purchasing my 1st home. It was a nice stress-free easy process. She was amazing in answering all questions and concerns I had about anything. She was professional at all times. She is a beast with winning bids for the houses. I gave her my idea of my dream home and she delivered. We did have a few hiccups at the closing which was beyond her control but she handled the situation very professional and made sure she kept me calm and explained everything that needed to be done to complete my closing documents. After being faced with health problems and owning our home for over 30 years we had to make the toughest decision to sell it. This was a heartbreaking decision. Marquita was referred to by my son-in-law. Marquita was super sweet and patient. she even helped us pack the home up before closing. Fighting cancer and being our age everything about this process was overwhelming but our realtor made it easy to handle and was consistent in reassuring us that she was gonna be there every step of the way. she even helped with finding assisted living facilities for her to view. She explained everything to us. No matter what time of day it was she always answered and made herself available to us. She truly went above and beyond for us. Im forever grateful for her.
