Where do I begin? Marnie was determined to find us our dream family home. After searching for YEARS on and off with Realtors that never "fit", meeting Marnie was a BREATH of FRESH AIR. I KNEW she'd be with us when our "John Hancock" would appear on the bottom line. When we got discouraged, she reassured us. New listings were brought to our attention the SECOND they hit the market. Marnie warned us when a house looked perfect on paper, it didn't mean it would be a perfect pick for us. She knows Nashua like the back of her hand, the neighborhoods, schools and not to mention the market. Marnie worked around our crazy schedules (and two children - she's GREAT with kids) to see many listings. She was the leader of our team - we all worked together during our whirlwind search. We shared wish lists, hopes, dreams...and beyond. When it came to negotiating she worked around the clock convincing the previous owners to take another look, to not rule us out. She knew what kind of offer would earn us a home. Marnie knew what was fair, she was informed and always a step ahead, but not a step too far. A perfect negotiator. We shared laughs, cries, disappointments and the ultimate success. Finding a home. Marnie has become a person I am proud to call our friend. After all, she has given us the greatest gift.
