I live in Indiana and I happened to inherit a property in florida that was in terrible shape. I had no hopes of even making my money back from cleaning out the place. I had contacted several realtors a few that never called back and a few that didn’t want anything to do with it. Then I met Marnie and from the start she put my fears to rest.
