Marni started sending us listings in the fall of 2024 before we were ready to put an offer on a house. Not only did it give us a great idea of the inventory but gave us a great idea as to what to expect and narrowed down the areas where we wanted to live In later December early January when we were ready to buy she was responsive to every question, issue, concern or any other item we had. She readily started setting up showings to homes we were interested in and would continue to search for houses in other areas that we requested. She was great at setting up showings efficiently and also did not miss out on anything that fit the requirements we were looking for. Once we found the house we ended up buying Marni was in constant daily communications with not only us but the sellers representative and the mortgage team. It was very reassuring to know that I was getting the same information and requirements daily from both my mortgage team and Marni. She did not miss a beat, set things up immediately and we ended up closing on time at 21 days. I could not have been more pleased with how expeditiously and accurately the whole process went.
