Marina Friedman was terrific to work with,from the first phone conversation,to final closing.She had every thing lined out for us.She came to our house,with a great out look. She explained what all we needed to do to make the house more enticing,she explained how we could make it more appealing.The photographer she brought in did a fantastic job taking photos of the house.When an offfer was made she explained the process,and how it works , she helped us with getting the repairs made, When the buyer backed out,she started all over, right away,with the same enthusiasm ,When an offer was made a second time she was there to very end.Yes I would recommend Marna to any one needing to buy or sell their home or land, She is one fine realtor,and a great person.
