Marlon came highly recommended by a realtor friend of ours. We were in the market during early 2022 when it was predominantly a seller’s market. Marlon’s advice led us to new construction homes and we found a community we loved. Marlon is patient, knowledgeable and attentive. My fiancé and I both travel for work. Once closing approached, Marlon attended new home demonstrations and walkthroughs in our place. Our experience with him was excellent, couldn’t ask for more in a realtor. This was our first home purchase. We will definitely call him up for any future property purchases!
