As experienced home buyers we had a bunch of different expectations in our next home purchase. Marlin did an excellent job in meeting and surpassing our expectations. He made himself available whenever we were in town to look at homes and pointed out different aspects of the homes that we may have missed given our tight schedules. He is very honest, knowledgeable and professional and was even helpful to us after we purchased our new home.
