His personality is perfect for the job: he is friendly, knowledgeable, unflappable, very hard-working, and always positive. And then, after that sale, he helped us in the purchase of a new home. Again, his work ethic really made the difference for us in this move. When we had a question about an inspection issue, he made numerous phone calls - all the way to the owner of the company - to learn more about the flagged item so that he could explain it to us clearly so that we could make an informed decision.
