After seeing that I serious she started sending houses to look at that in a rate of my income introduced me to loan officer at Guild Mortgage who advised me to go First Time Homeowners Training through Better Family Life Community Center which was also a boast of confidence for a sixty five year old woman who had been striving to stay a float. Marletta Flowers made sure all the houses I was looking the seller would be able to accommodate my special needs we went from ranch style homes to homes with no basements. Marletta Flowers did a great job of alerting me about all of the financial assistance I qualified for even through Better Family Life Housing. Qualified home, sewer, water inspectors / contractors were accessible to me through Marletta Flowers keeping in mind I hadn't ever purchased a home before her communication skills and professionalism as a realtor was amazing. I am so grateful for new home I was able to purchase April 9 2025 a month before my sixty-six birthday.
