Marlene and Bryan, BRAVO!!! I can write a book about how great you two are. They will be there with you every step of the way. You’ll be able to call/text them and feel confident they will respond in a timely manner. The best thing I can say about Marlene and Bryan is that THEY CARE!!! They’re certainly not looking for you to be house broke and they truly do go above and beyond to get you the best resources and benefits in order for you to succeed as a homeowner. There are few people who truly go above and beyond reasonable expectations and Marlene is one of them. She's a busy person, but never too busy to answer a call/text/email quickly. Every real estate transaction hits some snags, and Marlene knew how to handle everything the right way, which was a clear display of her many years of experience. I still feel like I owe her for the hard work she did even though she earned a commission on the deal. I would recommend her to my own family, let alone anyone else reading this.
