This the second time I have worked with Marlene, the first was Purchasing a House for my Daughter which turned out perfectly. In selling the Kings Chapel Property she was very up to date on the Market trend and what she felt the property was worth. She offered suggestions on what I needed to improve in order to sell at a higher price. Marlene was spot on in turning the house in less than a week.
