Marlene was a great help in our house hunt in a difficult (for buyers) market. After seeing several houses that went under contract very quickly we focused on the new-build market and stumbled across a lot with the view we wanted and Marci worked quickly to manage a very quick close. Marlene's help on the builders' reputations and quality of work steered us towards good developments and eventually to a custom builder for our lot. Their help continued after the close with more information about the area, since we are moving in from out of state.
